runDisney has revealed the design for the 20th Anniversary Walt Disney World Marathon medal! The marathon’s anniversary is next year, January 10-13.
The design for the medal was revealed this morning after a two week social media campaign where fans were able to unlock clues to ultimately reveal the design. While this medal does have the traditional round shape of runDisney medals, it features unique spinning parts that depicts an image of classic Mickey on one side and modern Mickey on the other. Additionally, two quotes from Walt Disney himself are engraved on the medal.
