Anaheim Disney Parks See Higher Attendance Numbers

9 November 2012 No Comment

Attendance at Anaheim’s Disney Parks has grown tremendously during the late summer, media reports have said. The Walt Disney Co.’s financial report for July 1 through September 29 showed an uptick in attendance, due in large part to the new expansion project at Disney’s California Adventure.

According to the report, visitors at Disney’s California Adventure park contributed to a 3% overall attendance increase since last quarter. Jay Rasulo, the company’s chief financial officer, said in a statement that he attributed the attendance hike to “the great success of Cars Land, both from a quality and from a quantity perspective.”
