Athletes Train at ESPN Wide World of Sports Ahead of Rio Summer Olympics

olympicsA group of world-class sprinters from the United States, Belgium, Great Britain, Ireland, and South Korea are training at the ESPN Wide World of Sports ahead of the summer Olympics in Rio.

The track and field athletes from the US regularly train at the Complex under former Team USA head Coach Brooks Johnson.

The Americans training at the complex include LaShawn Merritt, Jason Richardson, and some first-time Olympic hopefuls.

Other athletes currently training in Orlando include Christine Ohurogu (400M silver medalist from London 2012); Kevin, Jonathan, Dylan, and Olivia Borlee, and more.

The 2016 Summer Olympics start later this summer in Rio de Janeiro.
