DreamWorks Pictures has announced that they will be teaming up with Sprinkle Cupcakes to promote DreamWorks’ upcoming dramedy, People Like Us. As we first told you last August, Disneyland’s Carnation Plaza Gardens will close on April 30 to undergo refurbishment, before reopening as the new Fantasy Faire.
Fantasy Faire is billed as “an enchanting village square that will immerse guests in the stories of their favorite princesses.” The Carnation Plaza Gardens Stage, which is home every weekend to the Jump, Jive, Boogie Swing Party will transform into the Fantasy Faire Stage, and will host stage retellings of Disney fairy tales.

During the month of April, the Disney Family Museum will celebrate Disney’s classic animated feature Cinderella, with a closer look at the art, style, and quality that this watershed film ushered in. Disney Pixar is debuting four new Brave posters this week, according to our friends at Big Screen Animation. The new art features an individual shot of Merida (reminiscent of a pose we saw released in February), Merida’s parents, Various of the Clan leaders, and adorable triplets Hamish, Hubert, and Harris.
Brave is due in theaters this summer.

Mickey Dolenz, will perform as part of the Epcot Flower Power concert series later this spring, in place of Monkees bandmate Davy Jones.
Jones, who died last month unexpectedly of a heart attack, was scheduled to appear during the concert’s last weekend, May 18-20. He was a veteran performer for the popular concert series, which takes place during the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, and features acts primarily from the 60s and 70s.
