Disney Caribbean Beach Resort Restaurants Closing for Refurbishment this Spring

Disney recently announced two major resort construction projects at Coronado Springs and Caribbean Beach, and now we’re hearing more details about what is happening at Caribbean Beach Resort.
Guests with reservations at Caribbean Beach that start at the end of April and beginning of May started receiving emails on Tuesday informing them of the closure of the dining options at the resort.

2017 Brings New Land to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, New Restaurants to Disney Springs, and More

There are still a few weeks left in 2016 but Disney is already looking forward to 2017 with the announcement of new things coming to the Walt Disney World Resort.
At Disney’s Animal Kingdom guests will finally have a chance to experience Pandora – The World of Avatar when the new land opens in the summer of 2017. This new land will feature two new attractions, bioluminescent rainforests, floating mountains, and much more.

Dates Announced for 2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

The 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival may have just ended on November 14 but we already have news about the 2017 Festival!
Disney recently announced the dates for the 2017 Epcot Food and Wine Festival and they are August 31 through November 13!
That’s right. For the first time ever, Disney is starting the Festival in August and it’ll run for a record 75 days.

Disneyland Announces Dates for Candy Canes

It’s that time of year again! Time for the annual Disneyland Hand-Crafted Candy Canes!
This popular holiday tradition has been around for more than 35 years and you can read more about the history here.
This year guests at Disneyland can get a wristband for a candy cane once the park opens. Guests are allowed to get one wristband which is good for ONE candy cane.
Normally, 40 wristbands are distributed per batch and there are three batches per day – which means there are 120 wristbands per day.

Disney Cruise Line Announces New Marvel Day at Sea for 2017

Disney Cruise Line has announced a new day-long celebration for 2017 – Marvel Day at Sea.
This new Marvel-themed day at sea is planned for seven cruises on the Disney Magic out of New York City in the fall of 2017.
During Marvel Day at Sea the Marvel Universe will assemble on the ship. The day will include all-day entertainment, interactions with Marvel Super Heroes and villains, a deck party, youth activities, and more.

New ‘Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!’ Holiday Spectacular Coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is getting into the holiday spirit this year with an all-new holiday spectacular.
The ‘Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!’ starts at the Studios on November 14, coming to life on, above, and around the Chinese Theater. The show features projections, special effects, fireworks, and a seasonal music score.
‘Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM’ is led by elves Wayne and Lanny from Prep & Landing, and features holiday moments from Mickey’s Christmas Carol, Beauty and the Beast, Bambi, Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, and more.

The 2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival kicks off in just four days! And Disney has given guests a little preview of some of the merchandise available at this year’s Festival.
Everyone’s favorite purple dragon, Figment, is featured in his chef’s coat on several of the merchandise items.
Disney Dooney & Bourke fans will want to check out the Food and Wine Festival bag collection. The bags feature artwork representative of many of the Marketplace Booths at this year’s festival.

2016 Epcot Food and Wine Festival News: Mix It, Make It, Celebrate It! Schedule Announced

Just in time for early booking – which starts today for Annual Passholders, DVC members, Tables in Wonderland members, and Golden Oak residents – we have news about the Mix It, Make It, Celebrate It! workshops!
These new-for-2016 workshops are $49 per person and take place daily at 4 p.m.
