Celebrate Epcot’s 35th Anniversary on October 1

epcotEpcot’s 35th anniversary is Sunday, October 1, and the theme park is ready to celebrate!

Guests visiting Epcot on Sunday can pick up a commemorative guide map at the main entrance, International Gateway, and at Guest Relations.

An anniversary celebration will take place at 10:01 a.m. at the Fountain View stage with performances from Mariachi Cobre and Voices of Liberty.

Commemorative merchandise including the “I Was There” collection and logo merchandise that isn’t part of that collection will be available for purchase. The “I Was There” collection is only available at a special pop-up kiosk while the other merchandise will be available in shops throughout Epcot.

And finally, a special edition of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth will be presented at 9 p.m.
