Celebrate the Holidays at Sea with Disney Cruise Line

halloween on dclThis fall and winter you can celebrate the holidays – Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas – on board select Disney Cruise Line ships.

Halloween on the High Seas takes place on most sailings on the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, and Disney Magic in September and October.

The celebration includes Halloween-themed parties, entertainment, décor, and The Pumpkin Tree. Guests can enjoy Mickey’s Mouse-querade Party, A Nightmare Before Christmas – Sing and Scream movie experience, Haunted Stories of the Sea, Creepy Cabaret, and more.

The Disney Dream sails three- and four-night cruises to the Bahamas departing September 2 to October 31; the Disney Fantasy sails seven-night Caribbean cruises from September 3 to October 29; and the Disney Magic sails five-night Canadian Coast cruises and seven- and eight-night Bahamian cruises from October 2 to October 29.

The Very Merrytime Cruises start in early November on the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, and Disney Fantasy.

During the Very Merrytime Cruises guests can enjoy Mickey’s Tree-Lighting Magic, Santa’s Winter Wonderland Ball, carolers, family activities, and the Deck the Deck Holiday Party.

On Thanksgiving Day guests on board the Disney Cruise Line ships can enjoy a Thanksgiving Day feast along with visits from Mickey and Minnie in their Thanksgiving attire. And because Thanksgiving isn’t complete without football, the NFL games will be broadcast on the outdoor jumbo LED screens.

Christmas morning means Santa and his helpers have a surprise for all the kids, and guests can enjoy a traditional Christmas dinner in the dining rooms.

Castaway Cay will also be decked out for the holidays with “snow flurries,” a Christmas tree, and holiday island music.

Holiday cruises include: four- and five-night Bahamain sailings and five-, six-, and seven-night Caribbean sailings on the magic from November 5 through December 23; four- and seven-night Caribbean cruises and seven-night Bahamian cruises on the Wonder from November 10 through December 23; three- and four-night Bahamian cruises on the Dream from November 7 through December 22; and seven-night Caribbean cruises on the Fantasy from November 19 through December 24.
