D23’s ‘Sip and Scream’ Announced for the 2016 Epcot Food & Wine Festival

epcot food and wine festivalD23 members heading to the 2016 Epcot Food & Wine Festival can take part in this year’s Sip & Scream event on October 5.

The Sip & Scream event is for D23 Gold Members and their families and includes the chance to attend a morning or afternoon taping of The Chew, a $25 Disney Gift Card, and more.

D23 members attending the event will also be able to sample the three dishes from The Chew Collective – the marketplace booth at this year’s event that is inspired by The Chew.

The dishes are: Grilled Beef Skewer with Romaine, Apricots, and Feta Cheese; Ricotta and Zucchini Ravioli with Rustic Tomato Sauce; and Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Mousse with a Caramel Drizzle.

The event continues with an exclusive presentation in World Showcase and reserved seating at the evening’s Eat to the Beat Concert. And the event concludes with a Halloween-themed dessert reception at Isle de France – the outdoor event space in Epcot’s France pavilion – and VIP viewing of IllumiNations.

The Sip & Scream event costs $125 per person (plus a $5 processing fee). The event is open to D23 Gold Members and their families – members can reserve a ticket for themselves and 1 family member. Tickets go on sale July 11 at 10 a.m. PT at the D23 website. Guests will also receive a copy of The Chew cookbook.
