Disney Cruise Line Announces Itineraries for Summer 2017

dlcDisney Cruise Line has announced its sailing itineraries for the summer of 2017 and it includes first-time visits to destinations in Alaska and Europe.

In 2017 Disney Cruise Line will takes guests to Alaska’s Icy Strait Point and Hubbard Glacier for the first time ever.

The new nine-night itinerary on the Disney Wonder sails from Vancouver on July 24, 2017. The ship sails to Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, and Tracy Arm Fjord. A highlight of this sailing is the visit to Hubbard Glacier, the largest and most active tidewater glacier in North America.

There’s also a new seven-night sailing from Vancouver on the Disney Wonder on July 17. This sailing includes a stop at Icy Strait Point, in addition to Tracy Arm, Skagway, Juneau, and Ketchickan. A five-night sailing on the Wonder out of Vancouver leaves August 2.

Disney Cruise Line is also sailing to Amersterdam, Netherlands for the first time next year. The Disney Magic leaves from Port Canaveral on May 13 for a transatlantic sailing to Copenhagen with a stop in Amsterdam. The ship will also stop in Portland, England for the first time ever.

A 10-night itinerary on the Magic departs Copenhagen on June 18 and includes stops in Berlin, Germany; Stockholm, Sweden; Helsinki, Finland; St. Petersburg, Russia; Tallinn, Estonia; and Dover, England.

The Disney Fantasy will be sailing a new southern Caribbean itinerary from Port Canaveral on 10- and 11-night cruises with stops in Aruba, Barbados, Martinique, St. Kitts, Tortola, Curacoa, and Castaway Cay. The sailings are June 17 (11 nights) and June 28 (10 nights).

Also next summer, select Disney Dream sailings will include two stops at Castaway Cay. These include 5-night sailings on June 2, 11, 16, 24, 30, and July 9; and four-night sailings on June 7, 21, and July 5.

Booking for the summer 2017 cruises opens April 14.
