Disney Friends for Change Continues to Stand Up Against Bullying with New TV Spots Featuring Disney Channel Stars

As part of their ongoing discussion on bullying prevention, Disney Friends for Change is launching a new anti-bullying interstitial on Disney Channel.

The new television spot features Austin & Ally star Raini Rodriguez and a group of young women who participated in Free the Children Leadership Academy in Los Angeles. The spot debuted on November 8 on the Disney Channel.

The Free the Children Leadership Academy helps youth leaders get a better understanding of leadership styles while learning how to inspire their friends to prevent bullying.

During National Bullying Prevention Month in October, Disney provided a $100,000 grant to PACER which is a leading nonprofit organization that connects students and communities with resources to prevent bullying. The organization helped Disney develop a Bullying Prevention Action Kit.

Disney Channel also showcased several television shorts featuring stars talking about how to prevent and stop bullying.

You can see the new interstitial here and the Disney Friends for Change Bullying Prevention Action Kit can be found at Disney.com/Friends.
