Disney News this Week: Tokyo Disney Sea Anniversary, Frozen Summer Fun, and D23 Expo News

frozen summer funSummer officially starts today on the calendar but it’s been in full swing at the Walt Disney World Resort for the last few weeks.

And summer at Disney World wouldn’t be complete without the Frozen Summer Fun event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios which kicked off on June 17! This special event will keep fans cool until September.

Speaking of special events, next year marks the 15th anniversary of Tokyo Disney Sea and the park is planning a spectacular year-long celebration.

Back at the Walt Disney World Resort there’s new of some great new merchandise debuting at the parks this summer and fall. One of our favorites is the new MagicSlider for the MagicBand – it’s a watch face which means you’ll never be late again!

If you’re a Disney T-shirt fan you’ll want to check out the limited release tees coming to the Disney Parks online store over the next couple of weeks! Each shirt is only available for a very limited time, so don’t delay.

And we’re just a couple of months away from this year’s D23 Expo out in Anaheim! Walt Disney Animation Studios recently announced its lineup for the Expo and film fans aren’t going to want to miss any of it.
