Disney Store to Release New Merchandise at D23 Expo 2015

star wars teeDisney Store is set to release several new collections and limited editions at the D23 Expo next month.

The Disney Store will be located within the Disney Consumer Products Pavilion at the D23 Expo and will cover more than 3,000 square feet of space. Shoppers will have a chance to purchase special products not yet available to the general public and meet the artists and designers for some of the new collections.

Each day a D23 attendee will have a chance to “unlock imagination” at 9 a.m. with certain Disney characters.

The Disney Fairytale Designer Collection will debut at D23 with five sets of Limited Edition pairs of collector dolls. Guests will have a chance to pre-purchase the complete set of five hero/villain pairs. After the Expo the doll sets will be released for purchase in stores and online beginning September 29.

The dolls will be released each week with a 6,000 limited edition available globally.

Disney Store is also introducing the Once Upon a Time Snow White and Evil Queen doll Collection which will be available exclusively at D23 Expo. This is a very limited edition – only 300 will be available. Guests who purchase the dolls will have a chance to meet Ginnifer Goodwin (Snow White) and Lana Parrilla (The Evil Queen) for an autograph session on August 15.

An exclusive collection of Star Wars items will also be launched at D23 Expo including apparel, collectibles, toys, and the Star Wars Elite Series. This series features characters from Star Wars Episodes I-IV.

Other new merchandise debuting at D23 Expo include Toy Story 20th Anniversary merchandise and Disney Tsum Tsum.

D23 is also introducing the StorePass at this year’s Expo for select shopping locations including the Disney Store. A limited number of StorePass tickets will be available starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, August 14.
