Disneyland Guests Now Able to Purchase Park Tickets Via Smartphone

Heading to the Disneyland Resort this summer? Getting into their parks will now be easier than ever, thanks to a new mobile ticketing system that Disneyland began testing yesterday. Designed to help guests get their tickets and enter the park faster during Disneyland’s busy summer season, this new ticketing option will allow guests to purchase their park tickets through their phone and use their electronic ticket to enter the park.

To purchase tickets, guests can go to m.disneyland.com and click  “Buy Tickets” on the home page. From there, users will be able to purchase up to 15 1-Day or 1-Day Park Hopper tickets by entering their credit card information directly on the mobile site. 2-Day tickets are expected to be added to the service at a later time. After purchasing the tickets, guests will receive a confirmation with a barcode that a cast member will scan at the park’s entrance. Guests will then receive a paper ticket that can be used to park hop or re-enter the park.

In addition to this new mobile ticketing service, Disneyland guests can still buy their tickets in person at the Resort or through Disneyland.com.
