The very last date for IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot is September 30, 2019.
The new, temporary nighttime show Epcot Forever will begin its run on October 1, 2019.
IllumiNations has been a part of Epcot’s nighttime entertainment for the last 20 years and guests can still enjoy the spectacular all summer long.
Epcot Forever is one of two new shows coming to Epcot to replace IllumiNations. It will run nightly starting October 1, 2019, and will feature fireworks, music, lighting, lasers and choreographed, special effects kites.
According to the description from Disney, the “show will take us on a journey through the past, present and future of Epcot.”
Epcot Forever will run into 2020 and then the new nighttime spectacular will take its place.
