Famous Disneyland Candy Canes are Back

One of Disneyland’s most beloved holiday traditions kicks off today, as hand made candy canes go on sale at the parks.  But this year, due to rising popularity and demand, the special treats will be made at both Disneyland Park and Disney’s California Adventure. Guests to Disneyland Park can find the treats at the Candy Palace, while California Adventure goers can line up at Trolley Treats.

Each year, competition is fierce to bring home the treats, which retailed in 2012 for $12.95 each. This year, freshly made candy canes will be made as many as four days per week in each of the parks, and wristbands will be handed out to distinguish who will take the treats home.
