Michaels Stores Joins Downtown Disney’s Festival of the Masters

Downtown Disney’s Festival of the Masters, a popular outdoor art festival, has partnered with Michaels Stores to bring exciting new opportunities to guests who attend.

In addition to hands-on “Make It, Take It” craft booths and how-to presentations, which will run Friday through Sunday, Michaels design team members will be on the West Side demonstrating how to custom-frame art. They will also be offering tips on digital scrapbooking, creating photo books and helping guests make a “larger than life” masterpiece.

At the Pleasure Island section of Downtown Disney, guests can make colorful friendship bracelets, while at the Marketplace you’ll be able to make your own Mickey ear hat wood frame. Additional craft demonstrations will also be held on the Waterside Stage. You can catch the presentations at 11 a.m. or 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, or 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Are you still waiting to attend the Festival of the Masters? Admission and parking are free, and the festival will open at 10 a.m. each day and will close at 5:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 5 p.m. Sunday.
