More Royal Wedding Fun at Walt Disney World

Thanks to A Wedding Cake Blog for this exciting news!

As the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton draws closer, Disney continues to amp up the fun factor for all of us who are not able to actually attend the royal nuptials. On the morning of the wedding, Walt Disney World will host its very first official tweetup at the Wedding Pavilion next to the Grand Floridian Resort.

Guests are not required to purchase a Walt Disney World admission ticket, and are invited to attend the event to watch a live screening of the wedding ceremony. Attendees will also be able to pose for photographs with Cinderella’s Coach, which was actually manufactured by the same company that makes the coaches for the British Monarchy!

Suggested attire includes “pajamas, wedding gowns or princess attire,” and guests will enjoy an English-inspired breakfast as well. The event will last from 4 to 8 a.m. April 29. To RSVP, click here.

The Swan and Dolphin Hotel will also be hosting their own wedding screening, which begins at 5 a.m. the morning of the wedding.

Editor’s Note:  According to Ever After, Disney Weddings’ Blog, this event has reached its capacity.  However, the blog does suggest that interested parties check back for more details, possibly signaling that more spaces will open up, for this first-of-its-kind event.
