New Annie Leibovitz Disney Portraits to Appear in April Magazine Issues

5 March 2011 No Comment

Disney is sharing the latest round of stunning Disney Dream images created by Annie Leibovitz.

For the most recent pictures, the first made since 2009, the famed portrait photographer once again captures the essence of classic  characters in timeless tableaus and in unexpected ways.  And, for the first time, Leibovitz includes Disney villains among her subjects.

Shudder as Queen Latifah shows us who’s boss as the menacing Ursula, and see Olivia Wilde capture the beautifully dark machinations of the Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs – as Alec Baldwin eggs her on from the mirror.  Or observe as Jeff Bridges, transformed into the Prince, spins Penelope Cruz as Belle around triumphantly.

These and other images will appear in the March 28 issue of people, as well as the April issues of O – The Oprah Magazine, People En Espanol, Real Simple, Essence, and InStyle.

Which is your favorite?  What stars would you like to see featured in future portraits?  What characters would you like for Annie Leibovitz to capture next?  Leave a comment below.
