New Disney Parks Merchandise Evokes Memories of First Visit to Disney Parks
The program Disney Design Group artists create each year is called “Storybook” and this year their approach was to capture the feelings guests might have the first time they visit a Disney park.
The new merchandise design is meant to showcase the “emotions, the fantasy, and the wonder that guests might experience during a Disney vacation” according to Disney Design Group Creative Director Eric Caszatt.
The merchandise features two images for both Disneyland Resort and the Walt Disney World Resort and includes attractions, icons, and experiences from the parks in vivid colors.
The new artwork is featured on apparel, home décor, souvenirs, plush toys, and more.
The merchandise is available in select locations at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland and some can be found at the Disney Parks online store.
