Registration for the 2015 Disney Princess Half Marathon Opens July 15 at Noon

Registration for the 2015 Disney Princess Half Marathon weekend opens today at 12 p.m. EST.

The 2015 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend races include the Disney Princess Half Marathon, the Enchanted 10K, the Disney Princess 5K, the Glass Slipper Challenge, and Kids Races.

Both the 5K and the runDisney Kids Races will have a Frozen theme, complete with new medals that feature motif inspired by the film.

The Glass Slipper Challenge is 19.3 miles over the course of two days and includes the Disney Princess Half Marathon and the Disney Princess 10K. Race finishers will receive the finisher medals for the 10K, half marathon, and Glass Slipper Challenge.

Also in 2015, any runner who finishes both the Tinker Bell Half Marathon in Disneyland and the Disney Princess Half Marathon at Walt Disney World will earn a special pink version of the Coast-to-Coast runDisney medal.

And, there’s another new twist for 2015 – the Castaway Cay Challenge. This event combines a 5K event or higher during the Disney Princess Half Marathon weekend with the Castaway Cay 5K on Disney Cruise Line’s private island. This challenge takes place on the February 23-27 four-night Bahamian sailing on the Disney Dream.

Registration for the Castaway Cay Challenge opens on July 22 at 12 p.m. ET.
