runDisney Announces the Launch of ‘I Run Disney’ Where Fans Can Share Their Stories

Anyone who has ever participated in a runDisney event – whether it was a 5K or a Goofy Challenge – has a story to share.

To celebrate all the runners and walkers who participate in runDisney events each year, runDisney and Cigna have teamed up and recently launched a new site called ‘I Run Disney.’

To share their story, runDisney participants can use Instagram to upload a 15-second video telling runDisney why they run and why, in particular, they runDisney.

The purpose of the videos is to inspire and motivate others to set goals and participate in a runDisney event.

The runDisney team is reviewing all submission and will be selecting several runners to profile on the microsite, in addition to sharing their stories on the Disney Parks Blog and other Disney Parks social media sites.
