Sake & Shine, a progressive dinner with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto and Chef Art Smith at their respective restaurants in Disney Springs, has been announced for December 3.
The meals feature a three-course Pan-Asian dinner at Morimoto Asia and dessert at Homecoming Florida Kitchen and Southern Shine.
The dinner at Morimoto Asia will feature sake and beer pairings and takes place at the second-story Forbidden Lounge balcony.
Following the dinner, guests will walk to Homecoming Florida Kitchen for the dessert course which includes build-your-own Florida strawberry shortcake plus slices of Chef Art Smith’s famous Hummingbird and Shine cakes.
Both chefs will be available for photos and autographs during the event.
Sake & Shine is $$225 per guest (includes tax and gratuity). The event begins at 7:30 p.m. on December 3. Tickets can be purchased online.
