Soccer-Themed Merchandise Debuts at Walt Disney World Resort

soccer at wdwAs soccer fans around the world are absorbed in the 2014 FIFA World Cup, Disney has released a new line of soccer-themed merchandise.

The merchandise is available at the new United World of Soccer store located in Downtown Disney’s West Side.

Fans will also find a new assortment of soccer-themed merchandise with Disney flair. The items features bright hues of blue, green, yellow, and white and the main logo is Mickey Mouse kicking a soccer ball.

This merchandise was specifically created for World Showcase and includes apparel, a glass mug, and two Disney pins. One of the pins features Jose Carioca, best known to fans as one of the Three Caballeros in the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros in Epcot’s Mexico pavilion.

Soccer fans can find these items in select locations around Epcot and at the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney.

And if you’re visiting Disney and want to catch a World Cup game, they’re being shown in the Odyssey Center in addition to many of the bars and lounges at the resort hotels.
