A long-time fixture of Epcot’s springtime International Flower and Garden Festival, HGTV personalities began making appearances at the International Food and Wine Festival in 2011.  Today, word comes via Disney Food Blog that stars of the popular do-it-yourself channel will be returning for the 2012 event as well.
Stars, including Casey Noble of Design on a Dime and Meg Caswell of Meg’s Great Rooms will by joined by the winner of Design Star and others for weekend appearances throughout the Festival, which runs from September 28 through November 12.  The schedule …
