Reservations Opens for Fantasmic! Dining Packages at Disneyland

Fantasmic! returns to Disneyland on July 17 and guests can now book their reservations for Fantasmic! Dining Packages.
The dining packages include an on-the-go option or sit-down meals plus reserved seating for Fantasmic!
Guests can choose an on-the-go meal option from Hungry Bear Restaurant. This meal includes an entree and beverage and is priced at $29.99 for adults and $19.99 for kids.
Meal options at Hungry Bear include:

Cedar Salt Roasted Salmon, with kale and garbanzo bean salad, cranberry-apricot grains and wild rice medley
Blackberry BBQ Pork Ribblettes, with kale and garbanzo bean salad, cranberry-apricot …

Main Street Electrical Parade Dining Packages at Disneyland

The Main Street Electrical Parade returns to Disneyland on January 20 for a limited-time run and guests can now book dining packages that include a preferred viewing area for the parade.
The MSEP Dining Package is available at Blue Bayou and Aladdin’s Oasis.
At Blue Bayou guests can enjoy a three-course pre-fixe menu that includes an appetizer, entree, and dessert. The dining package also includes admission to a preferred viewing area for the parade.
Reservations can be booked up to 60 days in advance for dates beginning January 20. Guests can book online …

Dining at Disneyland or Walt Disney World Resort for Mother’s Day

Mother’s Day is just around the corner and you can treat mom to a special meal at the Walt Disney World Resort or the Disneyland Resort.
At Portobello in Disney Springs at the Walt Disney World Resort, guests can enjoy a three-course, prix-fixe menu for Mother’s Day. The menu features a spring salad with field greens and vanilla vinaigrette, grilled salmon with fettucine in a citrus reduction, and key lime cannoli with blackberry sauce.

Disney Imagineer Collin Campbell Passes Away

On April 2, long-time art director and concept artist for Walt Disney Imagineering Collin Campbell passed away, leaving behind a long and fruitful career. In addition to his work as an Imagineer, Campbell also worked in the Disney Animation Department as a layout and background artist.
Campbell’s Disney career began in 1943, where he started as a messenger in the Traffic Department at the studio. Eventually, in 1953 Campbell began working in the layout and background departments and worked on such Disney classics as Lady and the Tramp. He was also …

Disneyland Restaurants and Pastry Chef Win Top Honors

For the last 36 years, the Southern California Restaurant Writers, Inc. have been selecting winners from south Santa Barbara to the border of Mexico for their annual awards, and Disneyland resort restaurants received top honors in 5 categories at their banquet held Sunday. Additionally, Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Marc Viallet (Disneyland Resort) received the supreme honor of being awarded Pastry Chef of the Year!
