Demi Lovato, star of the Disney sitcom “Sonny with a Chance,” has voluntarily checked herself into a treatment center to address “emotional and physical issues,” according to the young entertainer’s representatives.
The eighteen year-old, who has also released several records, had been a special guest on the Jonas Brothers’ international tour before she left over the weekend to enter an undisclosed facility.
The statement released from her representatives did not specify state what issues Lovato was seeking to address, but they did ask that Lovato be allowed to deal with the situation privately.  ”Demi has …

Demi Lovato and the Jonas Brothers teamed up to perform a concert on Good Morning America in Central Park, New York.
They were promoting their film Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam as well as their individual musical projects and their current tour. They performed the tracks “It’s On” and “Wouldn’t Change a Thing” from the film’s soundtrack. The film will air on September 3rd on the Disney Channel.
