The Disney Institute Partners with the NBA to Create Customer Service Program

The Disney Institute is partnering with the NBA in an effort to create a league-wide customer service program.
The proposed program will include strategies for participating teams to improve game night customer service, employee training, and will aid in the development of customer service standards.
NBA teams will be participating in the program on a voluntary basis, and each team will pay a six-figure annual cost in order to participate.
Recently, nine teams along with Levy Restaurants and Aramark met with Disney Institute executives to start creating the standardized arena customer service program. …
