Disney Cruise Line Sailing from California and Texas this Fall

Starting next month the Disney Wonder will begin sailings from San Diego, California, and Galveston, Texas for the fall and holiday seasons.
The Wonder will sail from San Diego to Baja and the Mexican Riviera in September and October. Ports of call include Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán, and Cabo San Lucas.
Sailings will include Halloween on the High Seas so guests can celebrate all things Halloween.

Celebrations Planned Around Disney Properties for Mickey’s 90th Anniversary

Disney properties around the world will be celebrating the 90th anniversary of Mickey Mouse with limited-time celebrations.
At Disney World guests can celebrate Mickey’s 90th from November 16-18 with special merchandise and food, a special dance party in Tomorrowland, and more.
In 2019 the World’s Biggest Mouse Party is coming to Disney World too!
At Disneyland guests will celebrate with a “celebration cavalcade for Mickey Mouse on November 18″ and then the World’s Biggest Mouse Party will also happen in 2019.

Disney Cruise Line Announces Changes to On Board Navigator App

Disney Cruise Line’s on board Navigator app is sporting a new design and enhanced features for guests.
Highlights of the redesigned app include: a horizontal, scrollable menu; quick access to cruise details; a “My Plans” section where all on board activities and port activities can be found; ship tips; and the spotlight at sea section.
Guests can still use the app for individual and group chats on board the ship, and to look at maps of the ships and Castaway Cay, and more.

Very Merrytime Cruises this Fall on Disney Cruise Line

This fall the Disney Cruise Line ships will once again deck the halls for the Very Merrytime Cruises.
The cruises sail beginning in early November and feature holiday fun for the whole family.
Some of the holiday events include: Mickey’s Magical Tree Lighting, Santa’s Winter Wonderland Ball, Deck the Deck Holiday Party, building gingerbread houses, visiting with Santa, decorating cookies, and even special activities on shore at Castaway Cay including “snow flurries.”
Additional festivities include Thanksgiving dinner, football games on the jumbo screens, Christmas morning surprises, and more.

Halloween on the High Seas Returns to Disney Cruise Line this Fall

Halloween on the High Seas is returning to the Disney Cruise Line this fall!
Starting this September, each of the ships in the DCL fleet will be decorated for Halloween.
Guests will be able to enjoy fun Halloween events including: Mickey’s Mouse-querade Party, A Nightmare Before Christmas – Sing and Scream, Haunted Stories of the Sea, and more.

Disney Cruise Line Announces Fall 2019 Sailings

Disney Cruise Line has announced its sailings for the fall 2019 season.
The sailings include voyages from the East Coast, the West Coast, Texas, and Florida.
In September 2019 guests can sail on the Disney Magic from New York City to Bermuda or the Bahamas.

Two Disney Vacation Club Member Cruises Planned for 2019

Disney Cruise Line has announced that there will be two Disney Vacation Club member cruises in 2019.
One cruise will sail from the East Coast and the other from the West Coast.
The first DVC member cruise is scheduled for May 15-20, 2019, and will sail from San Diego, California. The five-night cruise on board the Disney Wonder will stop in San Francisco and Victoria, British Columbia before disembarking in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The next time you set sail on the Disney Fantasy you’ll want to check out the exclusive Tiffany & Co. jewelry that just debuted on board.
The Disney Cruise Line-inspired necklace is a sterling silver, two-heart pendant on an 18-inch chain.
The Tiffany & Co. store was added to the Fantasy just last year and features many popular Tiffany styles including sterling silver, gold, and diamonds.

Disney Cruise Line Adds New Culinary Port Adventures

Disney Cruise Line has announced the addition of new culinary port adventures created with the cast of The Chew.
The cruise line is also creatin gnew Signature Collection Port Adventures that will feature recipes from The Chew that will be prepared by local chefs in Disney Cruise Line ports of call around the world.
The new adventures include culinary classes with chefs around the world, epicurean adventures that include enjoying a meal in ports of call, and a wine and dessert port adventure.

Disney Gives First Look at the Next Disney Cruise Line Ships

Disney Cruise Line has three new ships setting sail in 2021, 2022, and 2023 and today Disney gave a preview of what these new ships will be like.
The new ships will offer “more innovation, new technologies, spectacular entertainment and more Disney stories and characters than ever before” according to Disney.
Each new ship will be nearly 140,000 gross tons, making them slightly larger than the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy. The ships will also have about 1,250 staterooms.
The new ships will all be powered by liquefied natural gas, or LNG.
