Disney Cruise Line have recently announced their 2014 itineraries, which will give vacationers even more chances to explore Castaway Cay or combine their cruise with a trip to Walt Disney World Resort to explore the New Fantasyland.
The Disney Magic will return to Port Canaveral, FL and sail three and four-night Bahamanian cruises along with the Disney Dream. Meanwhile, the Disney Fantasy will continue their seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises out of Port Canaveral.

This year will mark the first holiday season for the Disney Fantasy, and guests can expect to enjoy a bit of holiday magic while aboard – including a 20 foot Christmas tree in the ship’s Atrium lobby.

Next year, kids 17 and under will be able to sail for free with Disney Cruise Line on select voyages from Galveston, TX.
The offer is valid for select voyages on the Disney Wonder from January 4 to March 1, 2013, and two full-fare guests must stay in the same stateroom in order for kids to sail free. The Disney Wonder will become the first Disney Cruise Line vessel to stop in San Diego – just in time for the 2012-2013 “pleasure cruise” season.
Over the next month, the 2,700 passenger ship will make four visits to San Diego from Los Angeles, as it picks up and drops off passengers for the Disney/Pixar themed cruises. The marching band from San Diego State University will be on hand to greet passengers, while San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders will exchange plaques with the captain.

This fall, Disney Cruise Line will begin sailing from Galveston, Texas for the first time ever. While the first Galveston cruise will not depart until September 22, Disney has already announced some brand-new itineraries departing from Galveston in early 2013. The new itineraries will add four and eight-night cruises aboard the Disney Magic to the Caribbean and Bahamas, including Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay.

Disney Cruise Line has placed an employee on administrative leave while they investigate claims that an iPhone was stolen from a passenger earlier this year.
A woman claims her phone was stolen while she was a passenger on board the Disney Wonder in April. She says she was able to track down the thief because all of the photos that were taken with the stolen phone were uploaded to Apple’s Photo Stream. The guest put several of those photos into a Facebook album titled “Stolen iPhone Adventures” and forwarded them to …

The Disney Wonder has made it’s first-ever voyage to Hawaii. The Disney Cruise Line ship is currently in the middle of a 15-night Hawaiian itinerary, which includes stops in Hilo, Hawaii; Kahului, Maui; Honolulu, Oahu; Nawiliwili, Kauai and Ensenada, Mexico.
The Disney Wonder will also make a second Hawaiian cruise this fall, beginning October 4. The cruise will head out via Port Los Angeles.
