Disney Parks Announces First Ever ‘March Magic Tournament’ Challenge

It’s March Madness time – are you ready to fill out those brackets?
And no, we aren’t talking about basketball. Disney Parks recently announced the first ever March Magic Tournament.
The tournament is going to pit attractions from Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort against each other and fans will have a chance to vote for the ultimate Disney attraction.

Everyone has a story to they want to tell through photos and videos, and Disney has a storytelling app to make those stories easier to share.
The iPhone and iPod Touch app – called Story – has recently been updated by Disney Interactive and now includes premium animated Disney themes, music functions, a better viewing experience, and more sharing features.

Disney has launched a new cricket game that allows players to challenge their friends and families without the need for having a device that operates on the same platform.
DisneyUTV’s Cricket Fever Challenge is available on the iOS and Android systems, as well as online through Facebook. Petra Strand, founder of Pixi Cosmetics, was inspired by Disney’s Tinker Bell to create a new line of whimsical cosmetics to help every woman capture her inner radiance.

Marvel: Avengers Alliance Arrives on Facebook

Marvel Entertainment, in collaboration with the Disney Interactive Media Group, have just announced the first social game based on characters from the Marvel universe.
Marvel: Avengers Alliance was developed by Disney-owned Playdom, and is now live on Facebook. The game brings some of the most iconic Marvel Super Heroes and Super Villains to life via a turn-based tactical combat experience unlike any other social games available today.

Disney’s Playdom Launches ‘Blackwood and Bell Mysteries’ Game on Facebook

Disney-Playdom has launched a new hidden-object game on Facebook this week entitled Blackwood and Bell Mysteries. This is Playdom’s second hidden-object game, and aims to make these types of game more social than they have been in the past.

Disney’s Playdom Launches Popular Facebook Game on iPad

Today, Disney’s Playdom will be launching Gardens of Time, their popular Facebook application, on the iPad.
This marks a huge move for Playdom, as Gardens of Time is the most successful Facebook game created by the company. Since its launch in April, the game has taken players by storm – currently, there are 9.1 million monthly active users and 2.1 million daily active users.
