Get Special ‘Finding Nemo’ 3-D Glasses at a RealD 3D Theatre

This weekend, a special treat is in store for kids who see Finding Nemo 3D.
By visiting select RealD 3D theatres, kids will receive a special pair of Finding Nemo-themed 3D kids’ glasses. The glasses are decorated with Nemo on the side and will be given on a first come, first served basis. To increase your chances of obtaining the glasses, it is recommended you attend the first showing of the day at a participating theatre.

Director Andrew Stanton Comments on ‘John Carter,’ ‘Finding Nemo 2’

Last spring, Walt Disney Studios released John Carter, a sci-fi film helmed by Pixar director Andrew Stanton that went on to become one of Hollywood’s most high-profile flops in recent history. This week, Stanton reflected on his experience with the film in his first interview since the film’s release.

Video: Behind-the-Scenes Featurette for ‘Finding Nemo 3D’

We can’t wait for the Disney/Pixar classic Finding Nemo to be released in 3D in theaters nationwide in just a few weeks. In anticipation of the film’s re-release, Walt Disney Studios New Zealand recently released a behind-the-scenes featurette about the film and its tranformation to 3D.

Disney has opened the pre-order sales of both Brave and Finding Nemo DVDs.
 
Each Blu-ray combo pack includes two Blu-ray discs and one DVD. Sneak Peek: New Toy Story Toon ‘Partysaurus Rex’

Pixar Play Parade Returning to Disney California Adventure This Summer

For the past year, the Pixar Play Parade has been on hiatus during Disney California Adventure’s expansion efforts. Now, however, the parade will be returning this summer with a few exciting changes.
The parade will still feature classic Pixar characters and worlds from such movies as Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo, Toy Story and Cars to name a few, but long-time fans of the parade will notice some changes. IMAX Poster Released for Disney’s ‘John Carter’

Disney’s upcoming film John Carter, based on a series by Edgar Rice Burroughs, now has its own IMAX 3D poster. The official poster features a still shot from the film’s trailer, and definitely depicts one of the most action-packed scenes in the film.

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort Will Open Their First Wing May 31

Disney’s highly anticipated Art of Animation Resort now has a scheduled date when the first wing will open. On May 31, 2012, the “Finding Nemo” wing will open its doors to the public. Other wings, which include “The Little Mermaid,” “The Lion King,” and “Cars” are expected to open later that year, as well.
The resort, which is located next to Disney’s Pop Century Resort, will include 1,120 family suites and 864 regular rooms, which will start at $248 and $94 respectively.
