In collaboration with It’s A Laugh Productions, Disney XD is currently hard at work on the new comedy sitcom pilot Shmagreggie Saves The World. Currently, Disney casting directors are looking for actors to play the three starring roles, which include male and female fraternal twins.
Once the starring roles have been cast, other series regulars auditions will take place. Extras will be cast closer to the starting date of filming, which will be sometime in February 2012.

Recently, the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique location in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World began offering pint-sized princesses the opportunity to transform into Rapunzel, star of the latest Disney animated feature, “Tangled.”  The makeover, which includes the requisite long, flowing, golden wig, also incorporates sparkly makeup, a face gem, and a princess bag and sash.  The cost of the star treatment?  $52.14.  The package is available for a limited time only, through December 31.

Selena Gomez will be debuting her new track ‘A Year Without Rain’ following the September 3rd premiere. A full audio stream is also already available online. Just who is Hannah Montana? A new DVD from the Disney Channel and Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment promises to answer that question.

In an episode set to air on August 8th Grammy winning songstress Sheryl Crow makes a guest appearance on the Disney Channel’s original series “Hannah Montana Forever.” Crow, who sports an unseasonably fluffy (presumably faux) fur coat plays her guitar and sings with Hannah Montana on a ‘Winter Wonderland’ themed set. The duet sang “Need a Little Love,” which will also be featured on the “Hannah Montana Forever” soundtrack.
