Early Morning Magic at the Magic Kingdom to Offer More Rides, Different Breakfast Location

Beginning December 2, the Early Morning Magic event at the Magic Kingdom will include additional attractions and a new breakfast location.
The number of attractions open during Early Morning Magic will double and will include old favorites such as Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh plus new additions including Princess Fairytale Hall, “it’s a small world”, Mad Tea Party, and Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid.

New Shows, Parties, Characters, and More Coming to Disney World in 2019

Next year is going to be full of fun and surprises at the Walt Disney World Resort with new attractions, new shows, and new characters coming to the theme parks.
At the Magic Kingdom guests will have a chance to see Mickey and Minnie starting January 18 when Mickey & Minnie’s Surprise Celebration kicks off.
This fun celebration will include the new “Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party,” special musical moments from the Dapper Dans through September 30, and more.

More Disney After Hours Dates Announced

Disney has announced additional dates for its popular Disney After Hours event.
The new dates are from December 2018 until March 2019.
The dates and times are:

December 3: 10 p.m. – 1 a.m.
December 10: 10 p.m. – 1 a.m.
January 7: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
January 17: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
January 24: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
January 28: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
February 7: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
February 28: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
February 14: 9 p.m. – 12 a.m.
March 7: 9 p.m. – 12 a.m.

Check Out the Merchandise for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party kicked off last week at the Magic Kingdom and there’s a lot of new merchandise for guests this year.
Hocus Pocus is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year – and is a big part of the party – and guests will find a slate of merchandise honoring the Sanderson sisters including shirts inspired by the sisters’ costumes, a black Spirit Jersey, a cauldron-shaped mug, and a light-up ornament.
Other party-themed merchandise includes tees, an ear hat ornament, and more.

Check Out the Halloween Food and Drinks at the Magic Kingdom

Yes, it’s still August but Halloween kicks off today at the Magic Kingdom – including the first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party of the year tonight!
And Disney has given guests a spooky sneak preview of the new food and drinks that will be available at the Magic Kingdom and some that are exclusive to the party.
The Main Street Bakery will be serving up the Not-So-Poison Apple Cupcake and a Halloween Cinnamon Roll daily through October 31. On party nights guests can enjoy Pumpkin Cheesecake at the Bakery.

Updates on the Construction of the TRON Attraction at the Magic Kingdom

The new TRON attraction at the Magic Kingdom in under construction and today we got an updated about what other attractions will be impacted by the project.
The attraction will be located in a new area next to Space Mountain.
Starting in December, the Walt Disney World Railroad will go on hiatus with the train parked at the Main Street U.S.A. station. Guests will have the chance to take some great photos at the station during this time.

New Halloween Food Merchandise Coming to the Disney Parks this Fall

There’s a new slate of spooky and creepy Halloween-themed merchandise coming to Disneyland and Walt Disney World this fall.
Guests will find a new Happy Halloween 2018 Base Popcorn Bucket featuring Mickey and Minnie in their Halloween best along with Chip and Dale as cute little bats. This bucket will be available at Disneyland and the theme parks at Walt Disney World.

PhotoPass Day is August 19 and Disney has shared a few ways guests can celebrate the photo-filled day at Walt Disney World.
Guests will have the chance to get their photos taken throughout the Walt Disney World Resort and here’s just a few of the spots.

Be Our Guest at the Magic Kingdom Closing Briefly this Month

Be Our Guest at the Magic Kingdom is set to close for a few days later this month.
The closure is scheduled for August 20-24 and is said to be for a brief refurbishment.
Guests will not be able to make any Advance Dining Reservations for those four days at the restaurant. But our friends at the Disney Food Blog have some great alternative suggestions.
Be Our Guest should be reopened on August 25 for breakfast, lunch, and the new prix fixe menu dinner.

New Orange Bird Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom Card Coming this Fall

If you’re attending Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this fall you’ll want to stop by the Firehouse on Main Street, U.S.A. and pick up the party-exclusive Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom card.
This year’s card features Orange Bird and is named the Orange Bird’s Juice-o-Lanterns spell card.
On the card Orange Bird is celebrating Halloween by drawing Juice-o-Lanterns on the oranges that grow near Sunshine Seasons in the Magic Kingdom.
This event-only card will be distributed in addition to the standard Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom cards at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Guests must …
