Dates Announced for 2017 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at the Magic Kingdom

The calendar might say April, but Disney has just released the dates for the 2017 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at the Magic Kingdom!
This holiday party is a fan favorite and takes place on select nights in November and December.
The dates for 2017 are: November 8,9, 12, 14, 16, 17, 26, and 28; and December 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21, and 22.
This year’s party will include Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, Holiday Wishes fireworks, A Frozen Holiday Wish, and Mickey’s Most Merriest …

Reservations Available for the Holiday Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party at the Magic Kingdom

If you’re making plans to visit the Walt Disney World Resort this holiday season you can now book a reservation for the Holiday Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party.
The party includes a reserved viewing location on Main Street U.S.A. for Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and a private dessert party at Tomorrowland Terrace.
There will also be a reserved viewing area for Holiday Wishes: Celebrate the Spirit of the Season fireworks.
Desserts at the party will include cupcakes and other festive desserts including ice cream, chocolate mousse, seasonal fruits and cheeses, and more.

Catch a Live Stream of Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade on December 6

If you’re sitting at home wishing you could celebrate the holidays at Walt Disney World Resort, wish no more!
The Disney Parks Blog is live streaming Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade on Sunday, December 6 starting at 8:15 p.m. ET.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Starts November 8 at the Magic Kingdom

Halloween has come and gone and now the Magic Kingdom is ready to deck the halls and celebrate Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party starting on November 8.
This year’s party kicks off with A Frozen Holiday Wish at the Castle Forecourt Stage starring Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Kristoff. Elsa uses her powers to transform Cinderella Castle into an ice palace.
The party also includes Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade with gingerbread men, elves, reindeer, Santa Claus, and Mickey Mouse and friends.

Tickets on Sale Now for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

Tickets for two of the most popular holiday events at the Magic Kingdom are now on sale.
Guests can now purchase tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party takes place on select nights in September and October and is a not-so-scary Halloween event for kids of all ages.
The party includes trick-or-treating around the Magic Kingdom in addition to Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, Happy HalloWishes fireworks, and Disney characters in Halloween costumes.

Santa Claus Arrives at Walt Disney World

Santa Claus has officially arrived at the Walt Disney World Resort, and you’ll be able to catch him at several locations throughout the area. Santa’s Chalet, which opened November 18 at Downtown Disney, will operate from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. through the Thanksgiving holiday. Starting November 25, his hours will be extended from noon to 10 p.m. all the way until Christmas. Santa Goofy will then take over from December 25 until January 1, greeting guests from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
