Disney has announced a major expansion for Hong Kong Disneyland.
The plans were approved by the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region and construction is slated to start in 2018 and wrap up in 2023.
The expansion includes a Frozen-themed area where guests will be transported to Arendell; a Marvel-themed area with new attractions and entertainment featuring popular Marvel superheroes; and a new area called Moana’s Village Festival that will feature new entertainment options.

Hong Kong Disneyland has announced a multi-year expansion that includes two new areas in the park based on Frozen and Marvel.
The opening of the Iron Man Experience at Hong Kong Disneyland on January 11 is just the start of the Marvel Universe at the park.
