The Last Tour to Endor, part of Star Wars Celebration V, is becoming more fleshed out as Disney World show writer and imagineer Jason Surrell continues to leak more information.

On Saturday, August 14th Disney will be holding a special event to commemorate the closing of “Star Tours” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World. Even though “Star Tours 2.0″ is set to open in 2011, as a re-imagineered attraction, many fans are sad to see the popular original go. A limited number of tickets will be available for the “Last Flight to Endor” party which takes place after park hours, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.

On July 14th, the first 160 D23 members to sign up will get the opportunity to be the last riders on “Star Tours” before it shuts down for a major overhaul.
