Say ‘Good-bye’ to the Old Soarin’ Before Soarin’ Around the World Opens at Epcot

Out with the old and in with the new at Epcot. At least when it comes to Soarin’, the fan-favorite attraction that has been closed for the past couple of months.
If you’re missing the classic Soarin’ attraction you will have one more chance to see it again when it reopens at The Land on May 27 for one last flight.
The original Soarin’ will reopen next weekend before the new film, Soarin’ Around the World, has its debut at the Disney Parks. Guests can get a FastPass+ for Soarin’ starting May …

Epcot’s Garden Grill to Begin Serving Breakfast and Lunch in November

Epcot’s Garden Grill – a fan-favorite restaurant located in The Land pavilion – will begin serving breakfast and lunch in November.
The rotating restaurant is a dinnertime staple for guests looking for family-style dining with Mickey Mouse and friends. It’s a difficult Advance Dining Reservation to get due to its popularity but now that guests can choose breakfast, lunch, or dinner it might be easier to get in.
Seating for breakfast and lunch begin November 8, and bookings for the Chip ‘n’ Dale Harvest Lunch are available now by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

2015 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is March 4 through May 17

The 22nd annual Epcot Flower and Garden Festival will feature the first Anna and Elsa topiaries at Walt Disney World when the event opens March 4, 2015.
The 75-day festival will also feature new Disney character topiaries, Outdoor Kitchens, and ten new mini gardens.

United Safety Council Awards Walt Disney World Resort for Exceptional Safety Work

Four Walt Disney World Resort teams and an individual cast member were recently recognized for their commitment to safety by the United Safety Council.
The teams and the cast member were awarded with a Safety Achievement award for their work over the past year.
The awards were for cast member engagement, safety walks, safety committees, and leadership involvement.
