New Exhibit – Snow Queens Art of Ice – Coming to The Disney Gallery on Main Street U.S.A. at Disneyland

An all-new exhibit, Snow Queens – Art of Ice, is coming to The Disney Gallery on Main Street in Disneyland Park.
The exhibit is inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s The Snow Queen, Disney’s hit film Frozen, and the concept art for The Enchanted Snow Palace.

‘Wreck-It Ralph’ Writer Jennifer Lee to Co-Direct ‘Frozen’

We haven’t heard too much yet about Walt Disney Animation Studios’ upcoming film Frozen, but this week brought some new information about this highly-anticipated new film. Disney announced this week that Jennifer Lee, who most recently served as the co-writer of Wreck-It Ralph, will now be a co-director of Frozen with original director Chris Buck.

Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel Lend Their Voices to Disney’s Animated Film ‘Frozen’

Disney’s CGI-animated film Frozen, based on Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale The Snow Queen, will feature Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel as part of the voice cast.
The official film description says that Frozen chronicles:
…a prophecy trapping a kingdom in eternal winter. Anna (Bell) must team up with Kristoff, a daring mountain man, on the grandest of journeys to find the Snow Queen (Menzel) and put an end to the icy spell. Disney’s ‘Frozen’ to be Computer Animated

A few weeks ago, we brought you the news that Disney’s Frozen, which was formerly known as The Snow Queen, was given an official release date in theaters. This week, a little more information was given about the new film, as it was announced that the film will be done with computer animation.

Disney Announces ‘Frozen’ to be Released November 27, 2013

A few months ago, we brought you the news that Pixar Animation Studios will release a new film about dinosaurs, then set to debut November 27, 2013. This week, Disney announced that this release date will instead be occupied by Frozen, a feature length animated film to be produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios.
