The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin just announced it’s annual “I’m Off to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort” deal for residents of the Super Bowl teams states.
Residents of Georgia and New England (specifically Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, and Connecticut) can get a free night at the resort for stays through January 2018.
Guests must book at least two nights in order to receive a free night at the Swan and Dolphin.

Characters in Flight, the anchored balloon at Disney Springs, has been updated.
Gone are the characters that graced the old balloon and in their place is a design that “complements the recently transformed property” of Disney Springs.
The new design was reportedly inspired by the springs at Disney Springs and the element of water. The colors of the balloon are shades of blue with a scrolling pattern.

The 2017 Pro Bowl game will be played in Orlando on January 29, but the week leading up to the game is filled with activities for fans.
Some of the activities including the NFL Flag Championship, Pro Bowl Skills Showdown, access to the team practices, a football themed fan festival, and more.

If you’re picking up a Disney Gift Card at the Walt Disney World Resort this year, there are several news designs from which to choose.
The new designs features icons from the Disney theme parks (and you’ll find Disneyland icons on the West Coast). The Walt Disney World gift card features Sorcerer Mickey and icons from the four theme parks.

Disney Pin collectors listen up! A new collection of Hidden Mickey Disney pins is coming soon to the Disney Parks.
These pins will be available to trade from cast members at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. There’s no official date yet, but look for the pins in “early” 2017.
One collection – Smiling Disney Villains – will be available on both coasts, while unique pins will be found at Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

Several new bangles are being released as part of the 2017 Alex and Ani line at the Disney Parks.
The first collection – part of the Words are Powerful Color Infusion line – includes three bangles voted on by readers of the Disney Parks Blog.
These new bracelets feature Merida (Be Forever Brave), Pocahontas (Make Your Own Path), and Jasmine (Unlock the Magic).

The annual Disney Christmas television special is set to air Sunday, December 25 on ABC. The Disney Parks’ Magical Christmas Celebration is hosted this year by Julianne and Derek Hough.
This is the 33rd year for the Christmas morning special and this year’s show features a Christmas parade in Disneyland with Good Morning America’s Jesse Palmer.
The special also includes performances by Alessia Cara, Mariah Carey, Sofia Carson, Kelly Clarkson, Gavin DeGraw, Jordan Fisher, OneRepublic, and Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks.

Disneyland’s Downtown Disney District will be home to an all-new Splitsville Luxury Lanes in late 2017.
The location will be the first Splitsville in California and will feature bowling, dining, and live entertainment, just like the Disney Springs location at Walt Disney World Resort.
The dining area will include 635 seats, a large outdoor patio that overlooks the Downtown Disney District, two full-service bars, and 20 bowling lanes.
Splitsville at the Downtown Disney District will be built next to Tortilla Jo’s and will feature a “mid-century inspired design.”
