The Ganachery Set to Open December 15 at The Landing in Disney Springs
According to Disney “the star of the show [at The Ganachery] is a custom-made ganache, a luxurious, proprietary mixture of melted chocolate and cream.”
Guests will be able to purchase both milk and dark chocolate items and the dark chocolate will feature 65 percent dark chocolate.
The Ganachery will also feature an in-house chocolatier who will greet guests when they enter the store. Guests will be encouraged to try one of the 16 ganaches that are created in house.
According to Disney Pastry Chef Stefan Riemer, some of the flavors at The Ganachery include dark chocolate with shaved Egyptian salt, milk chocolate with a dash of dark chocolate and Sri Lankan cinnamon, and more.
The flavors at the shop will be in four categories: Spices, Classic, Trendy, and Fruit.
The Ganachery will sell nine custom-made chocolate bars that offer a nod to other Disney destinations including Aulani, Disneyland Paris, and Disneyland.
