The Week in Disney News: Title Announced for ‘Star Wars: Episode VIII’, New DFB Guide Launched, and More

star wars 8 logoHappy last Sunday in January! It’s been a really long month, right? But this past week was full of exciting news so let’s check it out.

The official title for Star Wars Episode VIII was finally announced – Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The film arrives in theaters in December so we have a whole year to debate who the “last Jedi” might be.

Permits have been filed for a major construction project at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Some are speculating that the new buildings in the permits are going to be Disney Vacation Club rooms. There’s no official word from Disney yet.
