Walt Disney World Resort Announces December Merchandise Events

wdw merchIt’s hard to believe that today is December 1, but if you’re visiting the Walt Disney World Resort this month there are several great merchandise events planned.

Starting today and running through December 4, artist Greg McCullough will be at the Art of Disney in the Downtown Disney Marketplace signing his artwork. Greg will be back on property December 10-14 at the Animation Gallery in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Fans can also meet him December 17-21 at the Art of Disney in Epcot, and December 26-31 at the Art of Disney in Downtown Disney.

Artist Larry Dotson will be at the Puffins Roost in Epcot’s Norway pavilion on December 5-6 from 12-6 p.m. each day. He’ll be showcasing his Frozen-inspired work. Fans can also find Larry at the Art of Disney in Downtown Disney on December 8-13, and at the Main Street Cinema in the Magic Kingdom on December 19-23.

A handful of Disney artists including Costa Alavezos, Brian Blackmore, Jason Grandt, and Tim McCloskey will be at the Art of Disney in Downtown Disney on December 5 from 6-8 p.m. and December 6 from 4-6 p.m.

On December 5, Ink & Paint artists will be at the Animation Gallery at Disney’s Hollywood Studios to celebrate the limited-edition (650 only) release of the hand-painted Ink & Paint cel ‘Silver Screen Journey.’ The cel is available unframed, framed, framed cel with postcard, and framed cel with postcard and pin.

Artist David E. Doss is appearing at the Art of Disney in Downtown Disney from December 14-23.

And Epcot is the place for special events this month as Precious Moments creator Linda Rick, Department 56 Artist Scott Enter, Master Glass Artist Reinhard Herzog, Gier Ness, Kit Heath, Julia April and more are scheduled to make appearances throughout the park.
