Walt Disney World Resort Announces Merchandise Events for June 2015

wdw merchThe Walt Disney World Resort is hosting a slate of exciting merchandise events this month.

June starts with a special artist showcase at the WonderGround Gallery in the Marketplace Co-Op on June 5 and 6 with artist Joey Chou. The showcase is scheduled for June 5 from 5-7 p.m. and June 6 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Joey will also be at Star Wars Weekends this weekend.

Artist Greg McCullough is returning to the Art of Disney in Epcot from June 10-14 from noon to 8 p.m. each day. He’ll be at the Art of Disney in Downtown Disney from June 26 through July 1 from 1-9 p.m. each day.

Precious Moments collectors can meet doll designer Linda Ricky from June 13-14 at Once Upon a Toy in Downtown Disney. Reps from Precious Moments will be on hand for the debut of the Patriotic Collection on June 11-22 and June 26 through July 20 also at Once Upon a toy.

Artist Jasmine Becket-Griffith is returning to the WonderGround Gallery on June 13 for an artist signing from 4-7 p.m.

Fan favorite artist Larry Dotson will be at the Main Street Cinema at the Magic Kingdom from June 18-21 from 10-11 a.m. each day. And David E. Doss will be at the Art of Disney in Downtown Disney from June 18-23.

On June 20 humor columnist Dave Barry will make a special appearance and sign his new book ‘The Worst Class Trip Ever’ at the Writer’s Stop in Disney’s Hollywood Studios from 11 a.m. until noon. On June 21 he’ll be at Once Upon a Toy from 4-5 p.m.

On June 20 a new Ink & Paint cel, ‘Ariel and Friends,’ is debuting at the Animation Gallery at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Artists will be there throughout the day.

Fans of the fragrances in Epcot’s Norway can meet fragrance designer Geir Ness at the Puffin’s Roost on June 24-27.
