Walt Disney World Resort Announces Merchandise Events for March

wdw merchMarch is here and there’s a hint of spring in the air! To celebrate Walt Disney World Resort has announced its slate of merchandise events for the month.

Fan-favorite artist Greg McCullough returns to Walt Disney World and he’ll be at the Art of Disney in Downtown Disney March 2-8 and again on March 18-22.

Larry Dotson is returning to Disney World on March 4-8 at the Art of Disney in Epcot, and later in the month from March 27-29 at the Puffin’s Roost in the Norway pavilion.

March 4 is the kickoff of the 2015 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival and merchandise for the festival will be available through May 17 at the Festival Center or at the bridge kiosk at the entrance to World Showcase.

Major League Baseball legend Cal Ripken, Jr. will be at Champion Stadium on March 6 for a special singing of his new book Out at Home. Fans can meet Cal during the 2nd inning of the Atlanta Braves games. Tickets to the game are required for this meet-and-greet.

The WonderGround Gallery is opening at Marketplace Co-Op in Downtown Disney and you can celebrate the grand opening on March 6 and 7 with a special artist showcase and signing. The event is from 1-3:30 p.m. and 5-7:30 p.m. each day.

Jerrod Maruyama will be at the Festival Center at the Flower and Garden Festival on March 8 to sign his festival-inspired artwork ‘Spring Has Sprung.’ Fans can meet Jerrod from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. and again from 1-2 p.m.

Precious Moments doll designer Linda Rick will be at the Heritage Manor at the American Adventure Pavilion on March 13-15 celebrating the release of her spring collection.

And fans of Ridley Pearson can pick up two of his new books and meet Ridley on March 25 from 4-6 p.m. at Once Upon a Toy in the Downtown Disney Marketplace. Ridley will also be at the Writer’s Stop in Disney’s Hollywood Studios on March 26 from 9-11 a.m. Wristbands will be distributed to guests and are required to meet Ridley. Guests may have two books signed at the event.
