For a self-serve meal, stop by Picabu Buffeteria. This buffet-style quick service restaurant features gorgeous artwork and an eclectic ambiance that is perfect for the whole family. Open 24 hours a day, Picabu features a variety of American favorites for breakfast, lunch, dinner or anytime. Choose from classic fare like bacon and eggs for breakfast; hot wings, burgers, dogs and sandwiches for lunch and dinner, and fried cheesecake for dessert. There are also several kid-friendly choices like mac and cheese and chicken tenders.
Walt Disney World’s Dolphin Resort also offers two signature restaurants, one of which is Shula’s Steak House. Considered one of the 
top steak houses in the U.S., this award-winning restaurant features the choicest cuts including New York Sirloin, filet mignon and porterhouse filet. Not in the mood for steak? Shula’s serves a variety of seafood dishes as well, including 3 to 5 pound Maine lobsters.
If you’re really hungry, you may consider ordering the 48-Ounce Porterhouse. The restaurant is adorned with plenty of NFL memorabilia recognizing the only undefeated NFL team in history, the 1972 Miami Dolphins, and finishing the entire porterhouse will earn you a spot in Shula’s 48-Ounce Club, which has over 26,000 members as of this writing.
The second signature restaurant located at the resort is Todd English’s bluezoo, an exclusive seafood restaurant decorated with underwater-themed decor and featuring a variety of coastal cuisine for seafood lovers everywhere. Many of the dishes feature Chilean sea bass, tuna, swordfish, shellfish and salmon, but there are several pork and veal dishes for those who aren’t in the mood for seafood.
An extensive and award-winning wine list, as well as specialty cocktails, are available for adult guests as well as dessert wines, ports and chocolate and fruit creations to end your meal on a sweet note.
For a little fun poolside, purchase a beverage or snack from the Cabana Bar and Grill. This poolside bar and grill features light lunches, snacks and specialty beverages for lunch and dinner. Choose from a variety of food like crab eggrolls, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and burgers. The kids menu features several kid-friendly favorites as well, like cheese pizza, chicken fingers, hot dogs, and grilled cheese. Adult guests can wash down their meal with a signature cocktail such as the rum-infused Cabana Berry or Mango Margarita.
If the adults want a break from the kids for an evening, stop by the Dolphin Lobby Lounge for a great cocktail and socialization. Their drink menu features a variety of inventive cocktails like the Lemonberry Twist (raspberry vodka, sweet and sour and cherry juice) and the Appleseed, an apple-flavored martini.
For a unique selection of food and drink, don’t miss The Dolphin Fountain. Soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, onion rings and tortilla chips are all available here, but their dessert menu really shines. Choose from a make-your-own sundae bar, with tons of ice cream flavors, sauces and toppings to choose from, or go for something simpler with one of their shakes, malts, smoothies or floats. Beer, coffee, energy drinks, teas, juice, milk and wine are also available.
Finally, there’s Fresh Mediterranean Market. Open for breakfast and lunch, this unique restaurant uses only the freshest seasonal ingredients to create flavorful dishes inspired by Spain, Italy, France, Greece and Morocco. 
For breakfast, enjoy a made-to-order omelet, pancakes, fruit and veggie smoothies and lots more. Lunch offers a la carte items or buffet-style favorites, including slow roasted meats and vegetarian fare. The pastry section will allow you to finish your meal on a high note with freshly baked breads, pastries, and plenty of chocolate desserts to choose from.
