Disney Consumer Products Unveiled New Items Including Fairytale Designer Doll Collection at D23 Expo

Fans who attended last weekend’s D23 Expo in Anaheim had a chance to get an exclusive first took at several new product lines from the Disney Store, including the Disney Fairytale Designer Collection.

This much-anticipated Limited Edition Disney Fairytale Designer Doll Collection features five Disney Princesses and their leading men. The collection includes Snow White and the Prince, Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, Jasmine and Aladdin, Belle and the Beast, and Ariel and Prince Eric.

The dolls feature satin gowns with ornate prints, rhinestone accents, and golden buttons. Each set is presented in a keepsake display case that features the name of the princess and her partner. Each couple set is limited to an edition of 6,000 globally and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Starting August 20, a new couple will be available for purchase every two weeks in select Disney Store locations in North America and Europe, and online at http://disneystore.com, http://disneystore.co.uk, http://disneystore.fr, and http://disneystore.de.

Another collection made its debut at D23 – the Art of Ariel which celebrates the return of The Little Mermaid. This collection features Vinylmations, apparel, toys, dolls, fashion accessories, and home products featuring Ariel and her friends.
