Select Menu Items Announced for Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

It’s time to start planning for the 2013 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and thanks to our friends at the Disney Food Blog we have an idea of what is going to be featured on the Epcot Food and Wine Festival Menu. The complete menu has not been released yet, but this is a rather tasty sampler!

We mentioned a while back that there were new and “newly returning” booths this year. New to the festival this year is the Scotland Booth where you’ll find Scottish Salmon with Cauliflower Puree, Watercress and Malt Vinaigrette With Baby Root Vegetables. And returning this year is the Brazil Booth where guests can dine on Crispy Pork Belly with Black Beans, Onions, Avocado, and Cilantro, Cerveharias Kaiser Brewery, Xingu Black Beer, and Carnaval Moscato White Sparkling.

Certain menu items have also been released for the following booths: Florida, South Korea, Terra, Cheese, Craft Beers, Poland, Canada, Africa, New Zeland, and the Desserts and Champagne booth.

At the Canada Booth diners will find Le Cellier’s Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon with Truffle Butter Sauce, while the Desserts and Champagne booth will feature Chocolate Orange Cupcake, Hazelnut Chocolate Cheesecake, Morello Cherry Pistachio Mousse, and Nicolas Feuillatte Rosé.

Guests who are Tables in Wonderland members can sample the dishes before the festival opens on September 27 can take part in the Tables in Wonderland Sneak Preview on July 27 at the Odyssey Pavilion at Epcot.
