Celebrate ‘Walt Week’ at Disney Parks Around the World

waltweekOn December 15, Disney Parks around the world will celebrate Walt Disney on the 50th anniversary of his death.

‘Walt Week: Celebrating a Legacy of Imagination, Creativity, and Innovation’ is a collaboration between D23: The Official Disney Fan Club and Disney Parks.

Fans can visit D23’s website to check out features honoring Walt Disney.

Guests at Disneyland, Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Tokyo Disney Resort can join in the celebration by sharing a message on Memory Boards on December 15. The boards will be located at each Disney Park and will be on display at the 2017 D23 Expo in July 2017.

The Walt Disney World Resort Memory Board will be located inside One Man’s Dream at Disney’s Hollywood Studios from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. At Disneyland the Memory Board will be located inside the Main Street Opera House from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.
