If you’re  making plans to visit Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland between May 31 and June 23 you need a reservation to get into the new land.
Yesterday those reservations opened to the general public and were subsequently completely booked within a few hours.
So what’ a Star Wars fan to do?
Well there’s still ONE way to get that reservation for Galaxy’s Edge – book a hotel room at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels for those dates of May 31 through June 23. (Rooms are totally booked for May 30).

Rivers of Light at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is getting a makeover – and the new version will debut this summer.
The new Rivers of Light: We Are One show will feature new imagery including some from Disneynature films, and moments from classic Disney animation.
The music for the redesigned show will feature the original score and more.

The Walt Disney Company has announced that Walt Disney Archive founder and Disney Legend Dave Smith died on February 15, 2019 at the age of 78.
Dave spent four decades working at The Walt Disney Company, preserving the history of Disney films, television, theme parks, and more.

The new live-action Dumbo flies into theaters in late March, but guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Disneyland, and even on the Disney Cruise Line will get a special sneak preview before that.
The extended sneak preview of Dumbo will be presented at the Main Street Opera House in Disneyland’s Town Square, and as part of the Walt Disney Presents attraction in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy is slated to open in the spring of 2019 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and we have more details about this new attraction.
Guests will take on the role of “rookie racers” and once they arrive inside the theater they’ll be face to face with Lightning McQueen.

Disney has shared more details about the new Guardians of the Galaxy attraction that is coming to Epcot in 2021.
The new ride will be a “a one-of-a-kind storytelling coaster that connects the adventure of a storyline with the thrills of a coaster,” according to Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products Chairman Bob Chapek.
The ride building is so large that four Spaceship Earths could fit inside.
The will be one of the world’s longest enclosed roller coasters and guests will be immersed in the action as soon as it launches.

Guests at Disneyland and Disney’s Hollywood Studios can catch a sneak preview of Ralph Breaks the Internet starting next month – ahead of the film’s release in late November.
The film opens nationwide on November 21, but starting on November 2, guests at Disney’s Hollywood Studios can see the extended preview as part of Walt Disney Presents.
And, at Disneyland guests can see the sneak preview from November 9 through December 9 and this preview will be in 3D at the Tomorrowland Theater.
