Disney Cruise Line Announces Expanded Offerings at Remy
The new dining experiences include a dessert experience, a seasonal truffle menu, and special caviar selections.
Another new dining experience – The Petites Assiettes de Remy – is a six-course progressive tasting experience where guests can sample small plates of Remy’s cuisine paired with fine wines.
The Petites Assiettes de Remy is offered during the early evening hours on the first day of your cruise and is hosted by the restaurant’s executive chef. Remy’s sommelier will join the executive chef and offer wines paired with each dish.
This special dining experience is $50 per person.
Guests on the Disney Fantasy can enjoy Pompidou’s Patisseries Dessert Experience on sea days. This experience is $50 per person and includes a complimentary glass of champagne, wine, or a cocktail.
Guests on the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy can take part in the Truffle Collection from November through February (which is truffle season). The menu is inspired by truffles and includes dishes featuring white Alba and black Perigord truffles. This experience is $250 per person.
Cavair selections are offered a-la-carte at Remy and range from $99 to $360 for a 1-ounce tin.
